    <directions>Cube the sourdough bread and dry them out overnight or by putting them in the oven at a low temperature. Brown the breakfast sausage (like you would ground hamburger) into small pieces and toss in the chopped onions in a skillet. When the sausage and onions are almost done, toss in the chopped celery and leave on medium heat 2-3 minutes. Take off heat and drain grease. Add stuffing mix (and stuffing seasoning, if it's separate). Add bread crumbs. Return stove to medium heat. Mix in the turkey drippings and butter; stir. Add milk until stuffing is to desired moistness. Toss in sage and shredded turkey. Remove from heat and serve.
